Well it goes without saying that getting to the end of a jigsaw puzzle and finding one piece is missing is the most annoying thing in the world.
Today for me was not the case. I went to play the organ for a jigsaw festival along with some of my fellow friends from the St Peters Coffee Morning.
Andrew, myself and Peter provided some lovely background music whilst visitors were walking around the beautiful parish church of St Elfins in Warrington.
What a beautiful church it was too. The organ now digital really is the one of the most beautiful instruments I’ve played in a long while. A photo of the beautiful facade really doesn’t do it justice it’s a must see.
Although the organ is very large in size it was still a pleasure to play it softer for the benefit of people wishing to talk. I’m sure soon I’ll be able to go back and give it a really good run using some of the reeds which are provided on this instrument.
